Growth Marketing Manager — Own SEO, PPC & AI-Powered Content | High Impact + Performance-Based Comp

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s both creative and deeply analytical to lead our digital marketing efforts across SEO, LLM SEO (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), paid campaigns, and AI-powered content.

What You’ll Own:

• SEO & LLM SEO: Lead traditional SEO and optimize for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
• PPC Campaigns: Strategically manage Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn
• Website Optimization: Create landing pages, run A/B tests, and improve conversion rates
• AI-Driven Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate blog posts, social content, images, and videos
• Marketing Analytics: Own dashboards, track KPIs, and continuously optimize based on data
• 3+ years of experience in high-growth startups (SaaS preferred)
• Proven ability to grow SEO traffic and optimize paid channel performance
• Strong experience with tools like Webflow, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ChatGPT, Midjourney
• Highly analytical, KPI-obsessed, test-driven mindset
• Self-starter with high accountability and ownership mindset
