Position: Marketing Manager
Role Summary
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy at this early stage. This person will be responsible for defining our ideal customer profile, conducting market research, crafting messaging that resonates with our target audiences, and leading go-to-market initiatives across various channels. This is a foundational role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with the sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure our messaging is compelling, consistent, and based on real feedback from users and prospects.
This is a full-time remote position with 10% travel visiting customers from USA, CAN, and MEX.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and validate the ideal customer profile through research, interviews, and data analysis.
● Study the market, competitors, and trends to develop an effective strategy and positioning.
● Design, implement, and evolve Re-Consulting’s communication and brand positioning strategy, developing multichannel campaigns aligned with the company's values.
● Co-design and ensure consistency across all graphic, web, and brand materials to reinforce messaging.
● Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and prospecting materials, ensuring coherence from the first customer interactions.
● Create educational and authoritative content to build positioning, trust, and attract key audiences.
● Drive collaborations with media, influencers, and industry organizations to increase visibility and build reputation from the early stages.
● Identify opportunities to position the team as thought leaders and monitor public brand perception.
● Design and optimize the marketing funnel using automation and A/B testing once initial campaigns are underway.
● Measure and analyze key performance indicators to continuously iterate and improve marketing actions as data becomes available.
● Implement a structured system to collect customer insights, inform improvements, and strengthen mid-term relationships.
● Product Collaboration: Transfer market learnings to the product team to adapt features and value propositions as customers grow.
● Pricing and Packaging Strategy: Design or adjust pricing and packages based on perceived customer value and market feedback.
● Trends and Regulatory Monitoring: Continuously monitor key regulations and trends to anticipate regulatory changes and identify strategic opportunities.
● Marketing Foundations: Standardize processes, select tools, and establish a strong foundation to scale the team and professionalize the marketing function as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For
● 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage startup.
● Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies from scratch.
● Proven ability to define and validate customer personas and messaging.
● Hands-on experience running multichannel marketing campaigns.
● Strong understanding of market research methodologies and tools.
● Ability to analyze performance data and iterate based on results.
● Experience with CRMs and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
● Excellent writing and copywriting skills.
● Genuine interest in sustainability and/or the circular economy.
● Experience managing a marketing budget.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
● Highly collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments.
