Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's team. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and scale the team's always-on LinkedIn paid media programs. This role will be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel strategies—including awareness, lead generation, and event registration campaigns—aligned to business goals and departmental OKRs. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in LinkedIn campaign management, performance optimization, and agency collaboration.

You’ll partner closely with internal teams to drive impactful program execution and continuously improve campaign performance through testing, data insights, and strategic recommendations. This position requires strong digital marketing acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of always-on LinkedIn campaigns, focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and event registrations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the external agency supporting LinkedIn programs, ensuring alignment to strategy, performance goals, and execution timelines
  • Define and monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and apply learnings to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide campaign pacing updates and performance insights to key stakeholders, surfacing trends and opportunities for scale
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Field Marketing, Campaign, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Deliver campaign briefs, optimization plans, and post-campaign readouts that include actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support quarterly planning by providing input on budget needs, forecasted results, and strategic opportunities for LinkedIn investment
  • Manage budget tracking and purchase order (PO) monitoring; ensure accurate tracking of LinkedIn campaign spend, stay on top of pacing to budget, and flag any discrepancies or over/under-spend risks to the broader team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience within tech or SaaS
  • Proven expertise managing LinkedIn paid campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Experience working with and managing external agencies and media partners
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decisions
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and Salesforce; experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager is required

Location: Can work remotely from within the U.S.

Duration: Full-time, Consulting

Rate:$2,400-$2,800/week, W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
