Job summary

Remitly, Inc. seeks a Growth Marketing Lead for Remitly Business to own the North America go‑to‑market strategy from awareness to early retention for SMBs in the US and Canada.

This senior operator role reports to the Head of Marketing and sits at the product table, with a hybrid schedule requiring 3+ days on-site in Seattle. Responsibilities include building growth loops, coordinating with Product for adoption and revenue impact, and deploying AI agent workflows across channels.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in growth, performance marketing, and/or product marketing in B2B fintech, payments, or adjacent categories.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America GTM strategy for Remitly Business across all marketing channels.
• Design and scale growth loops across the marketing funnel (paid, organic, community, partnerships).
• Lead GTM for product launches with focus on adoption and revenue impact.
• Build and deploy AI agent workflows across channels (research, content production, reporting, monitoring, QC).
• Manage these agent workflows with the same rigor as a team.
