Job summary

Remitly is seeking a senior growth marketer to own paid acquisition strategy and CAC optimization from Seattle HQ. The role oversees a high-velocity, data-driven environment, with responsibility for campaigns across Meta and Google Ads within a hybrid work model.

You will drive experimentation, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable growth for Remitly Business while shaping the adtech roadmap and attribution framework.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Direct ownership of an acquisition target and CAC.
• Experience owning an ongoing agency metrics review.

Responsibilities

• Own the Paid new customer acquisition (NCA) outcomes and target for Remitly Business.
• Own the budget and spend decisions impacting CAC with full authority.
• Lead the agency relationship end to end with accountability.
• Run campaigns hands-on across Meta and Google Ads with agency support.
• Expand into incremental channels based on CAC signals.
• Drive experimentation and A/B tests to inform production.
• Own the adtech roadmap, measurement infrastructure, and attribution integrity.
• Lead incrementality testing and data-driven investment decisions.
