Job summary

KitBash seeks a senior Growth Marketing Leader to own acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels. You will optimize SEO and AI-powered discovery, while partnering with BD to refine lead qualification and enterprise opportunities.

You'll design segmentation, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximize subscription revenue, collaborating with Product, Creative, and Marketing to align messages and assets. Remote/hybrid role in the US, with a strong data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing with ownership over strategy and budget.
• Experience building or evolving acquisition/demand-gen programs, including SEO.
• Proven experience setting paid media strategy and managing multi-channel budgets.
• Experience partnering with sales/business development on lead qualification and handoff.
• Fluency with web analytics/ experimentation tools (GA4, PostHog, or similar).
• Habit of using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Able to thrive in an evolving function with minimal onboarding.
• Strong data fluency and storytelling to move decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels.
• Grow organic/AI-search presence with SEO-focused initiatives.
• Build/operationalize lead capture, scoring, and handoff with BD.
• Turn traffic into revenue with targeted landing pages and offers.
• Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and end-to-end execution.
• Run a fast, disciplined testing program using data to iterate.
• Translate customer needs into acquisition messaging with Product.
• Build forecasts and reporting to keep leadership focused on key metrics.
• Support the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Leverage AI daily to accelerate planning and execution.
