Job summary

KitBash3D seeks a senior growth marketer to own an integrated acquisition engine across paid, organic, and partner channels. You will partner with Marketing, BizDev, Product, and Creative Content to translate insight into revenue growth across the KitBash portfolio.

You will lead SEO/organic strategy, manage paid media budgets, and implement a data-driven testing program while shaping messaging for creators and studios. Remote or hybrid work is available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing with real ownership over strategy and budget.
• Experience building or evolving acquisition programs and SEO strategy.
• Proven experience setting paid media strategy, allocating ad budgets, and executing paid campaigns across channels.
• Experience partnering with sales or business development on lead qualification and handoff.
• Fluency with web analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, PostHog, or similar).
• A genuine habit of using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Comfort in an evolving function without tightly structured onboarding.
• Strong data-fluency and communication skills; translate data into actionable stories.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels.
• Grow organic search presence and AI-powered discovery.
• Build B2B pipeline with lead capture, segmentation, and qualification systems.
• Turn traffic into revenue with segmented landing pages and tailored offers.
• Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and campaign execution across channels.
• Run a fast, disciplined testing program using data to guide decisions.
• Incorporate customer feedback with Product to sharpen messaging and strategy.
• Report forecasts and metrics to leadership and inform strategic decisions.
• Support the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term engagement.
• Use AI daily to accelerate work and improve outcomes.
