Job summary

KitBash3D LLC is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale our acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels. You will shape the growth engine for KitBash3D, ArtStation, Sketchfab, and Greyscalegorilla, partnering with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Product, and Creative Content to turn insights into action.

You will manage a fast-paced, data-driven growth stack, embrace AI daily, and drive sustainable revenue growth while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital marketing with 5+ years in growth/acquisition and ownership of strategy and budgets.
• Proven track record building or evolving acquisition programs, incl. SEO/organic.
• Direct experience setting paid media strategy and managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience partnering with sales/BD on lead qualification and handoff.
• Fluency with analytics and experimentation tools (GA4, PostHog) and a habit of using AI.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic, evolving function with quick context adaptation.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels.
• Grow organic presence and AI-search visibility; stay ahead of discovery trends.
• Design lead capture, segmentation, and qualification with BD for enterprise opportunities.
• Turn traffic into revenue with optimized landing pages and offers for creator personas.
• Own paid media strategy, budgeting, and campaign execution end-to-end.
• Run a fast, disciplined testing program using data to guide decisions.
• Translate customer needs into acquisition messaging with Product alignment.
• Build forecasts and reporting to keep leadership focused on key metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Product to ensure end-to-end journey.
• Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate work across channels.
