Job summary

Found is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead for Paid Channels to own the strategy and day-to-day execution of our paid acquisition engine. This role covers Google/Bing Search, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and CTV, driving high-quality customers with efficient CAC.

You will partner with the creative, product marketing, and data teams to build a rigorous test-and-learn program, lead audience strategy, and optimize campaigns in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in performance marketing with hands-on paid campaigns across multiple channels.
• Deep experience with Google Ads and Meta; strong bidding and learning-structure know-how.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker or equivalent BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable marketing tests and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across all paid channels (Search, Social, and more).
• Manage budgets to hit CPA, CAC, and activation targets; test creative and bidding strategies.
• Lead audience strategy across prospecting, lookalike, retargeting, and suppression logic.
• Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and analytics to improve tracking and measurement.
