Anthropic is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale performance marketing across self-serve and sales-assisted journeys. You will develop programs for distinct customer segments and own measurable impact from demand creation through customer growth.

• Have 10+ years in growth or performance marketing at high-growth technology companies with a self-serve or product-led motion.
• Led a growth marketing function, owning the team, budget, and KPIs across multiple channels.
• Experience in self-serve and product-led B2B demand gen as well as consumer growth; partner with enterprise marketing and sales teams.
• Rigorous about experimentation and incrementality; able to work with data scientists.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain marketing performance to executives.
• Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Familiar with applying AI to growth marketing and product-led strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own our global performance marketing channel strategy across all channels, including forecasting, planning, audience targeting, and budget pacing.
• Execute growth campaigns end-to-end across acquisition, activation, and retention from hypothesis through launch and scale.
• Build campaigns for consumers, developers, and businesses.
• Own self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation for Team, Enterprise and API; partner with Enterprise Marketing and GTM on sales-assisted demand.
• Partner with Data Science on incrementality, holdouts, attribution, lifetime value and payback.
• Drive experimentation and incrementality measurement, translating results into scalable playbooks across markets and segments.
• Work with Growth Product and Growth Engineering on top-of-funnel experiments, tracking and the marketing stack.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content and Product Marketing to accelerate high-quality creative and apply learnings across core markets.
