You will define the technical strategy for growth, create experimentation frameworks, and collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and data science to identify high‑impact growth opportunities.

• Strong background in full‑stack development with growth outcomes.
• Proven leadership of growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience hiring, scaling, and mentoring engineers in fast growth.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication.
