• Strong experimentation and incrementality skills; can analyze data.
• Clear written communication to non-marketers and executives.
• Technical background or ability to work with engineering teams.
• Experience with AI in growth marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own global performance marketing channel strategy across all channels.
• Execute end-to-end growth campaigns from hypothesis to scale.
• Build campaigns for consumers, developers, and businesses.
• Own self-serve and product-led B2B demand for Team, Enterprise and API.
• Partner with Data Science on incrementality and attribution.
• Drive experimentation and scalable playbooks across markets.
• Collaborate with Growth Product and Growth Engineering on experiments.
• Work with Brand and Product Marketing to accelerate creative output.
• Summarize insights for senior leadership and shape the roadmap.
