Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own and scale performance marketing across Claude products and APIs. The role sits in the Growth team with product managers, engineers, designers, data scientists and marketers working together on self-serve and sales-assisted journeys.

The successful candidate will set channel strategy, run experiments, and lead a team responsible for demand generation, activation and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing at fast-growing technology companies with self-serve or product-led models.
• Experience leading a growth marketing function with responsibility for team, budget and KPIs across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Set global performance marketing strategy for all channels, forecasts, plans, audience targeting and budget pacing.
• Run growth campaigns from hypothesis to launch, covering acquisition, activation and retention.
• Build campaigns for consumers, developers and businesses.
• Lead self-serve and product-led B2B demand generation for Team, Enterprise and API; collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and GTM on sales-assisted demand.
• Partner with Data Science on incrementality, attribution, lifetime value and payback.
• Run experiments and create playbooks that scale across markets and segments.
• Collaborate with Growth Product and Growth Engineering on top-of-funnel experiments and tracking.
• Coordinate with Brand, Content and Product Marketing to accelerate creative output and scale successful approaches.
