Job summary

Bathhouse is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Manager to steer our paid acquisition as we scale across multiple markets. You will own performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and CTV, shaping budgets, creatives, and testing strategies from day one.

You'll work with in-house teams to launch new markets, build AI-driven reporting workflows, and optimize landing pages and conversion paths to turn paid traffic into solid growth across NYC and emerging locations.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on paid acquisition with meaningful budgets.
• Deep multi-channel experience including Meta and at least two of TikTok, Google, YouTube, or CTV.
• Experience with incrementality tests (holdouts, geo tests, lift studies).
• AI-native approach: automation and MCPs/APIs for data-driven work.
• Fluent in tagging, pixel/CAPI, and data warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own paid end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and CTV.
• Manage spend across markets with varying stages and launches.
• Set CAC and volume targets with Growth Director and optimize daily/weekly.
• Run creative testing with in-house content team and scale winners.
• Collaborate on paid amplification via creator programs and ads.
• Build launch media plans for new markets and create playbooks.
• Develop AI workflows connecting data, booking, and finance systems.
• Ensure tracking health: pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTM in data warehouse.
• Apply incrementality lens to measurements and ROAS interpretation.
• Forecast and plan demand weekly by location and market.
• Coordinate with web team on landing pages and conversion.
• Provide weekly reports in plain language.
