BY Recruiting is helping a fast-growing AI startup hire a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition from day one. You will manage Google Ads end-to-end, scale Meta Ads, and launch TikTok, Reddit, and newsletter partnerships, all while owning CAC, LTV, and ROAS reporting.

This role requires 3–5+ years of experience across channels and comfort with six-figure monthly budgets, with in-person work in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years running paid acquisition across multiple channels, with a track record of building and scaling programs from scratch, particularly on Meta Ads.
• Experience managing six figure+ monthly budgets and directing creative testing loops.
• Comfort reasoning independently about CAC, LTV, and payback periods, no templates required.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Google Ads program end to end, including account structure, keywords, bids, budget pacing, and experiment roadmap.
• Scale the Meta Ads program through rigorous creative testing, A/B experimentation, and iterative optimization.
• Launch new paid channels including TikTok, Reddit, and newsletter/CPM partnerships.
• Brief and direct creative production, working with in house support or freelance/agency partners.
• Build and maintain reporting on CAC, LTV, and ROAS to guide budget allocation and channel strategy.
• Ship new experiments weekly, keeping a tight feedback loop between creative performance and spend.
• Partner with the organic social and content team to amplify earned media through paid channels.
