Job summary

Thumbtack is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid social programs across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. You’ll own end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with analytics, Martech, and creative teams, and push AI-driven improvements to performance.

You will own testing roadmaps, measurement, and optimization, driving incremental growth while maintaining brand narrative across channels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and evolving paid social programs at multi-million monthly spend.
• Deep platform expertise in 2+ social channels (e.g., Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit).
• Proven track record of unlocking growth from new channels and tactics across creative, martech, and AI tooling.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, incrementality, MMM, A/B testing, lift testing, and attribution frameworks.
• Confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Comfort in a fast-paced growth org with bias for action, experimentation, and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Thumbtack's Consumer Paid Social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Identify opportunities for channel expansion and new social platforms to drive growth.
• Drive end-to-end Pro (B2B) strategy and execution across Social channels.
• Own in-house campaign management: budget pacing, bid optimization, creative iteration, audience segmentation.
• Build and implement paid social testing roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Own tracking, QA, reporting, and measurement for Paid Social with internal and external tools.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop thumb-stopping, performance-driven creative.
