Construction Material Testing seeks a Marketing Manager to own the website and its search performance, manage the statement-of-qualifications and proposal library, the content calendar, and the campaigns that generate conversations for the business development team.

You will work hands-on in a growing firm that measures marketing by the proposals it produces, not impressions, with travel to support planning and content creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 in the AEC, construction, engineering, or industrial services sector.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy for proposals and content.
• Has built qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.
• Organized to run a calendar and curious to learn what a compaction test is.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with engineers.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach) and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate across every public channel.
