Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website, search performance, qualifications library, content calendar, and outreach campaigns. This hands-on role partners with engineers to produce technical content and market our services as we expand into new markets.

You will drive analytics, ensure branding consistency, and manage proposals and qualification packages for pursuits, with a performance-based bonus tied to lead targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with experience in AEC/construction/engineering/industrial services.
• Hands-on with a modern website stack, search analytics, and CRM.
• Writes clean, specific copy and has built proposals or qualifications libraries for pursuits.
• Organized enough to run a calendar and curious about compaction tests.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and analytics.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar with engineers for technical articles, project stories, and case material.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach) for new markets and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across public channels.
