Construction Material Testing is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the website, lead search optimization, and manage the qualifications library and proposal templates. You will design and execute campaigns to enter new markets, coordinating with engineers to publish technical content and case studies.

You will maintain brand consistency across channels, produce a measurable content calendar, and drive inquiries through digital and direct outreach, reporting results monthly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing.
• Experience with a modern website stack, search analytics, and a CRM.
• Experience building proposals or qualifications packages for professional services pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own the company website and search program: content, technical SEO, local listings, and the analytics that show what is working.
• Build and maintain the qualifications package, project sheets, resumes, and proposal templates used on every pursuit.
• Produce the content calendar - technical articles, project stories, and case material - with the engineers who have the knowledge.
• Run campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events, direct outreach lists) for the markets the company is opening, and report results monthly.
• Keep brand, messaging, and claims accurate and consistent across every public channel.
