Verkada is seeking a Digital Growth Senior Associate to join our marketing team at HQ in San Mateo, CA. You will own digital campaigns end-to-end, partner with Sales, PMMs, and Creative, and run full-funnel programs across paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.

You’ll translate insights from interviews with sales leaders and product teams into audience-focused campaigns, test new channels, and rapidly launch growth experiments while maintaining rigorous measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total work experience with ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative.
• Technical mindset and willingness to learn the technical elements of campaign setup.
• Quantitative fluency with data analysis and performance dashboards.
• Elite written communication and ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Organizational mastery and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Coachability and drive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own digital campaigns end-to-end from brief to reporting outcomes.
• Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers to understand buying dynamics and translate insights into campaigns.
• Build full-funnel programs across brand, nurture, and conversion.
• Manage paid search, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels.
• Launch rapid-growth experiments and document what works for scaling.
