This is a player‑coach role partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative leadership. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you'll build the strategy, lead by example, and help the team achieve ambitious

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in B2B marketing or growth roles.
• Proven pipeline or revenue ownership with measurable results.
• Clear point of view on where to invest and hard no’s.
• Deep understanding of paid channels and the marketing stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline number for your segments and make the calls on what to double down on.
• Define the growth thesis for your verticals from first principles and own the strategy.
• Execute the highest‑leverage campaigns end‑to‑end and roll up your sleeves.
• Prioritize investments across paid search, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
• Lead through influence in a senior, low‑hierarchy team.
• Define and own the metrics framework for your segments.
