Verkada is hiring a Digital Growth Manager to own growth strategy and pipeline outcomes for key segments. This on-site role partners with Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative leadership to define campaigns, allocate budgets, and run high-leverage activities end-to-end.

You will lead strategy, measure success, and push the team to higher performance in a fast-paced B2B environment. The role is based at HQ in San Mateo, CA, with comprehensive US benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, biz ops or equivalent operating role.
• Owned a pipeline or revenue number, program or channel P&L with accountable results.
• Strategic judgment on where to invest and hard decisions shaping time and budget.
• Technical depth to understand paid channels and marketing stack and engage specialists.
• Quantitative fluency to reason about performance from data and set analytics bar.
• Leadership without ego, ability to develop people and raise team standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline and acquisition targets for designated segments and drive outcomes.
• Define growth thesis for verticals and ensure strategy lands with impact.
• Hands-on execution of high-leverage campaigns; craft briefs and manage channels.
• Prioritize bets across paid search, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels.
• Influence cross-functional partners and align growth investment with leadership.
• Own metrics framework and drive the team toward outcomes, not activity.
