Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Growth Ops data leader to drive insights for the marketing organization, reporting to the Director of Data Science & Analytics. You will create and drive world-class insights to fuel Verkada's growth, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align initiatives with business goals.

Successful candidates have 5+ years in quantitative analysis, are fluent in SQL, and proficient with Looker/Tableau/Power BI, with strong communication to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis with data-driven storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Pull datasets with SQL and analytical languages (R or Python) for analyses.
• Build revenue optimization models and set KPI targets from in-house data.
• Partner with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with strategy and goals.
• Establish clear KPIs to guide team performance and inform leadership.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to influence growth decisions.
