Verkada in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Digital Growth Senior Associate to join our fast-paced marketing team. You will take a campaign thesis and make it real, owning end-to-end execution across channels, segments, and verticals from day one.

Sitting at the intersection of product marketing, creative, and digital, you’ll synthesize insights, build campaigns, and run plays with a founder’s mindset—learning from senior operators while delivering meaningful work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading a campaign, program, or initiative with real ownership.
• Data analysis and dashboards proficiency; comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage cross-functional relationships across Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Ops.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own digital campaigns end-to-end from brief to reporting outcomes.
• Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers to understand buying dynamics and craft resonant campaigns.
• Build and run programs across funnel: brand, nurture, and conversion.
• Manage paid channels (Search, LinkedIn, Meta) and test new platforms.
• Launch rapid-response growth experiments and document learnings for scale.
• Collaborate with creative to brief assets and optimize hooks and visuals.
• Experiment with new formats (TikTok, Reddit) and capture patterns.
