Job summary

Verkada is seeking a Growth Ops-focused Senior Business Analyst to leverage data and analytics for smarter marketing actions. You’ll use SQL and statistical tools to build models, define KPIs, and translate data into strategic recommendations for cross-functional leaders.

This on-site role reports to the Director of Data Science & Analytics. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of quantitative analysis, strong SQL, and expertise with Looker/Tableau/Power BI, plus excellent communication skills to tell

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell a data-driven story.

Responsibilities

• Pull datasets with SQL and analytical languages (R/Python) to conduct analyses.
• Build revenue optimization models and set KPI targets using in-house data.
• Partner with key stakeholders across business units to align marketing initiatives with company strategy.
• Establish and communicate clear, actionable KPIs to guide team performance and executive decision-making.
• Deliver high-impact, data-driven insights and influence growth decisions.
