Verkada in San Mateo, CA, is seeking a Digital Growth Senior Associate to join our marketing team. You will own campaigns end-to-end, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Ops to turn a campaign thesis into real, measurable results.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across channels (Paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta) and across the funnel, from awareness to conversion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of total work experience with ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative — not just execution support.
• Technical mindset; comfortable with the mechanics of a campaign and learning the technical plumbing of our stack.
• Quantitative fluency; able to read performance dashboards and analyze data without prompting.
• Elite communication; can write briefs, headlines, and updates clearly and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Organizational mastery; manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and speed.
• Coachability and drive; a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Own digital campaigns end-to-end against a defined strategy.
• Cross-Functional Insight Gathering: Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers to derive personas and pain points.
• Full-Funnel Execution: Build programs across top/mid/bottom of funnel.
• Channel Execution: Manage paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta and other channels.
• Strategic "Drop-In" Execution: Rapidly hypothesize and launch solutions.
• Creative Collaboration: Brief assets with feedback to the creative team.
• Experimental Execution: Launch and monitor new channel experiments and document learnings.
