Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This isn’t a traditional demand gen role; we’re building a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework that is focused on automation and orchestration to identify accounts with the highest propensity to buy, and nurture them into turning purchase ready.

In this role, you will develop and execute integrated marketing playbooks and measure the efficacy of the programs on regular cadences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing.
• Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, and modern growth technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools (such as UserGems or 6Sense), along with hands-on experience developing MCP agents.
• Analytical ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging, conversion-focused content.
• A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Account Progression: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth objectives, focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
• Multi-Touch Program Engagement: Drive multi-channel initiatives to guide target prospects through every phase of the buyer journey.
• Automation & AI Agents: Design and oversee automated agents to streamline workflows and accelerate program delivery.
• Intent & Movement Orchestration: Use intent signals to trigger automated playbooks engaging buying committees and champions.
• Customer Marketing & Advocacy: Nurture existing customers to drive whitespace expansion and cross-sell.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Co-own the content calendar and create multi-format programs to engage target accounts.
• Sales & Success Enablement: Act as the primary marketing contact for sales and BDR teams, enabling activation plans.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track program metrics and own course corrections to meet KPIs.
