Job summary

Petual is seeking a marketing leader to own paid and ABM programs targeting enterprise buyers in a San Francisco-based, in-person team. You will build and scale AI-driven experiments across channels, crafting messages and offers tailored to each account while collaborating with sales on ABM plays.

You’ll develop the AI-native systems that enable fast test-to-launch cycles, manage events support, and drive growth through data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years in B2B growth or ABM marketing for enterprise buyers.
• Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn with budget ownership and ROI visibility.
• Ability to design tests across multiple channels and scale winners weekly.
• Proven copy and offers for buyers at different stages.
• Experience building pipeline systems with AI and automation.
• Strong systems thinking; replace manual processes with automation.
• Experience with events programs and field marketing is a plus.
• Ability to spot data issues and explain changes.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and ABM for target accounts.
• Test ideas across channels and scale successful initiatives.
• Develop account-based plays with sales alignment.
• Write ads, emails, sequences and landing pages with credible claims.
• Build and run the AI-driven measurement/analytics system.
• Manage events invitations, lists and follow-up with the events lead.
