Demandbase, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing professional to lead paid search, paid social, and AI-driven SDR initiatives. You will manage agency partners, optimize campaigns for pipeline and CAC, and build automated workflows that accelerate demand generation across accounts.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with RevOps to close attribution gaps. You will work with a fast-moving SaaS team across multiple locations.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in B2B demand gen or growth marketing with hands-on paid search, paid social, ABM campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies and budgets against pipeline targets.
• At least one AI agent or automated workflow built and shipped in real use.

Responsabilidades

• Drive paid search and paid social strategy, budget pacing, and performance.
• Manage our paid media agency and hold them to pipeline targets and CAC.
• Run continuous experiments and scale what works while cutting what doesn’t.
