Scale AI in San Francisco seeks an Account Based Marketing Lead to build 1:1 ABM programs for a focused set of strategic enterprise accounts. You will own strategy, channel mix, sequencing, and execution end-to-end, partnering with the Enterprise GTM team to drive pipeline across verticals like Healthcare, Financial & Professional Services, and Consumer.

You will collaborate with enterprise sellers, define ABM KPIs, and develop repeatable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing with at least 3 years in ABM.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise sales on joint account planning.
• Experience with ABM platforms and marketing automation.

Responsabilités

• Build and execute 1:1 ABM programs for strategic enterprise accounts (P0 & P1).
• Develop vertical-specific campaign strategies for Healthcare, Financial & Professional Services, and Consumer areas.
• Partner with enterprise sellers and Head of Growth Marketing on joint account planning and timing.
