Job summary

Demandbase, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing professional to own and optimize demand-gen programs. Youll run paid search and paid social, manage agencies, and build AI-driven workflows to accelerate pipeline.

This role combines hands-on execution with automation design, working closely with the SDR team to improve handoffs and lead quality. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in B2B demand gen or growth marketing, experience with ABM targeting, and comfort using no-code/low-code

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B demand gen or growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and ABM campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage agencies and budgets toward pipeline targets.
• At least one AI agent or automated workflow built and shipped for live use.
• Comfort with LLM tools, prompt design, and no-code/low-code automation.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on pipeline over leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid programs: strategy for paid search and paid social, budget pacing, and performance.
• Manage our paid media agency day-to-day, focusing on pipeline and CAC over impressions.
• Run experiments on creative, audiences, and bids; scale what works and cut what doesn't.
• Oversee AI SDR campaigns: build and launch in-tool campaigns and optimize playbooks and routing.
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to support demand gen and speed launches.
• Track performance from ads to MAP/CRM/pipeline and present regular readouts.
• Collaborate with RevOps to close tracking/attribution gaps.
