Formic Technologies in Chicago is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to be the technical backbone of our marketing campaigns, owning the GTM stack, AI workflows, and measurement. You will design multi-channel outreach, partner with Marketing and Sales, and ensure data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM engineering or marketing tech experience.
• Experience deploying, integrating, and managing marketing and sales tech stacks in a B2B environment.
• Experience using AI tools to automate, personalize, or accelerate GTM workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Creative thinker with input in campaign ideation and messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Decision Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, CS or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack setup, deployment, and data flow.
• Design and build AI-powered outreach systems and workflows.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Build campaigns with tracking and attribution for measurability.
• Create dashboards to surface pipeline metrics, ROI, CAC, and conversions.
• Identify gaps in the GTM stack and implement improvements.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and platforms to accelerate lead generation.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Support A/B testing and translate results into actionable iterations.
• Maintain data quality across marketing and sales platforms.
• Act as internal expert on AI-driven GTM systems.
