Job summary

Formic, a fast-growing marketing automation leader, is seeking a GTM Engineer to own the technical backbone of our campaigns and AI-powered workflows. You will deploy and optimize our multi-channel outbound systems, scripts, and analytics to scale qualified leads.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Leadership to ideate campaigns, integrate new tools, and ensure data quality and measurable ROI across channels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GTM Engineering or Marketing Operations experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing marketing tech stacks in B2B.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) to automate GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack setup, deployment, and data flow to drive pipeline growth.
• Design and build AI-powered outreach systems for scalable lead generation.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.
• Build campaigns with tracking and attribution for measurable performance.
• Create dashboards to surface pipeline metrics, campaign ROI, CAC, and conversions.
• Identify gaps in the GTM stack and implement improvements.
• Evaluate new tools to accelerate lead generation and campaign performance.
• Work with content, design, and sales to ensure cohesive campaigns from concept to execution.
• Support A/B testing and translate results into iterations.
