Brooklinen seeks a Director of Growth Marketing in NYC to drive the full-funnel growth strategy and optimize performance across paid channels, including Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and CTV. You will own budgets, forecasting, and a rigorous testing roadmap to elevate traffic, ROAS, and efficiency.

Collaborating with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, and Analytics, you will translate data into actionable insights, manage an in-house Growth Marketing team, and report to the VP of Marketing.

Competenze

• 7+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in performance and growth marketing, including hands-on platform experience.
• Proven experience leading an in-house growth or paid media function at a DTC brand at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to partner across Creative, Finance, Ecommerce, Analytics, and Brand.
• Experience managing large media budgets ($10M+) and driving efficient growth across multiple paid channels.
• Strong analytical fluency across DTC metrics including LTV, CPA, ROAS, CAC, % organic, and attribution.
• Experience with measurement methodologies including MMM and incrementality testing.

• Own and evolve growth marketing strategy across paid channels to drive traffic, ROAS, and efficiency.
• Lead day-to-day strategy and performance across Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and CTV.
• Own budgets and forecasts in partnership with Finance and Marketing; manage investments against goals.
• Develop and oversee testing and optimization roadmap across paid channels; test creative and platform experiments.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, and Analytics to balance brand storytelling with performance.
• Present insights to senior leadership linking channel performance to KPIs and business recommendations.
• Headcount planning and lead an in-house Growth Marketing team.
