Kickoff is seeking a hands-on Director of Performance Marketing to own paid growth end-to-end from Soho, New York. Lead creative strategy, manage the creative team, and scale Meta while launching YouTube, TikTok, and Google Search.

You will define measurement, attribution, and MMM, focusing on higher-value clients and efficient CAC/ROAS. You will report to the Head of Growth, collaborate with the creative team, and drive the roadmap for new channels like CTV and affiliates, all while maintaining

Competenze

• 7+ years in performance or growth marketing with hands-on buying across paid platforms.
• Track record scaling a DTC, subscription or consumer health brand with $1M+ annual spend.
• Deep creative instincts; ability to brief and test at high volume.
• Experience launching at least one channel beyond Meta (YouTube/TikTok/Google/CTV/affiliates).
• Strong analytical skills across CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback and attribution.
