Method Recruiting, LLC is assisting a fast-growing DTC brand in hiring a VP of Growth Marketing in New York. This role will own the customer acquisition strategy across paid media, creative, and ecommerce optimization, driving scalable revenue growth in a high-budget environment.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with executive leadership, and build a data-driven growth engine, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and MER while expanding channel mix and retail opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth marketing with leadership at director level.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and other channels.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing strategy and revenue objectives, including CAC/ROAS targets.
• Lead paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more; optimize budgets.
• Develop and scale creative strategy with internal and external partners.
• Own e-commerce optimization and CRO to maximize AOV and conversions.
• Establish measurement framework with attribution and dashboards.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team.
