Job summary

The Sleep Company is seeking a Growth Lead to own the New Venture growth strategy and drive profitable, measurable expansion across brand channels. You’ll lead a small team, set the growth plan, manage investments, and build a scalable operating model.

Responsibilities include leading performance marketing across Meta, Google, and marketplaces, developing organic growth via SEO, and connecting digital growth to retail outcomes with strong analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a D2C, e-commerce or consumer brand.
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition while optimizing for business outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta and Google advertising; marketplace advertising and SEO experience are valuable.
• Experience leading people and agencies, with the ability to build a team as the business grows.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage or fast-changing business, where strategy connects to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing: Own strategy, budgets and results across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
• Scale marketplace advertising to improve sales and visibility.
• Build organic growth: Develop SEO and organic growth roadmap with brand/content/website teams.
• Connect digital growth to retail: Plan campaigns driving awareness, store visits and sales; measure offline impact.
• Make growth measurable: Build a clear view of CAC, ROAS, revenue and profitability with attribution.
• Improve creative performance with brand and partners to scale campaigns.
• Find and test new growth opportunities by identifying promising channels and prioritizing tests.
• Build the team and operating model: lead the performance marketing team and hire for growth capabilities.
