Job summary

Rent the Runway in Brooklyn, NY is hiring a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing focused on Organic Growth & Discovery. You will own SEO, AEO, ASO and referral marketing to drive sustainable traffic and revenue across Subscription, One-Time Rental and Selling lines.

You will lead architecture for AI-ready discovery, optimize content for search engines, improve app store visibility, and build measurement frameworks to track program performance and share insights with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, growth marketing or digital marketing
• Proficient with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and keyword research platforms
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering or UX/UI Design teams on technical SEO
• Proficient with CMS such as Contentful
• Comfortable with Web Analytics tools; Looker or Heap preferred
• Customer-focused, analytical and data-driven decision maker
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead on-page, off-site and technical SEO to drive sustainable traffic
• Architect AEO strategy for AI-powered search visibility
• Drive organic App discoverability through ASO in the iOS App Store
• Scale referral marketing through incentives and viral loops
• Collaborate with Site Merchandising, Product, Engineering and Marketing to apply SEO best practices
• Build measurement frameworks for SEO, AEO, ASO and referrals; report insights to executives
