Little Sleepies is seeking a Director of Paid Growth Marketing to lead performance marketing and scale our DTC business across paid media channels. You’ll own day-to-day campaign management, guide agency partners, and drive incremental growth with a data-driven mindset.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in paid media, ecommerce in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of building teams. This remote role offers strong compensation and a chance to shape our growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of in-house paid media experience.
• 1–2 years of people management experience.
• Ecommerce experience in fast-growth environments required.
• Familiarity with TV, radio, OOH or podcasting is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Ads, and GA.
• Strong KPI focus: CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV, ROAS.
• Advanced Excel; BI tools like Power BI a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own planning and execution of all paid media channels.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure performance accountability.
• Develop budgets and media mixes to hit ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with creative for high-performing campaigns and A/B tests.
• Build and lead in-house paid media team across channels.
• Drive full-funnel campaigns for new customer acquisition.
• Lead testing and experimentation to shape strategy.
• Partner with Ecommerce, Planning, and Creative teams to maximize growth.
• Collaborate on CRO and landing-page performance.
• Report performance and insights to senior management.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices.
