GALLS, LLC is seeking a strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitable revenue growth across its brands. You will own end‑to‑end growth across paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, analytics, and AI‑driven initiatives.

The role requires building integrated plans, aligning with Marketing, E‑commerce, Merchandising, Technology, Analytics, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and scale the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E‑commerce.
• Proven success leading integrated growth strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and LTV.
• Experience overseeing paid media, CRM/lifecycle, SEO, analytics, attribution, and testing.
• Strong budget management and data‑driven investment decisions.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall Growth Marketing strategy and roadmap for multiple brands.
• Oversee acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention programs.
