Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a Director of Growth to lead our paid acquisition across a portfolio of DTC wellness brands.

You will drive performance with Meta and paid social as key growth levers, owning budgets, data integrity, and AI-enabled optimization in a hands-on leadership role. You will work with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics to improve landing pages, creative, and copy while guiding a team of media buyers to make sharper, faster decisions.

Qualifications

• Deep Meta and paid social expertise with scaling experience for consumer brands.
• Daily performance monitoring and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading media buyers and raising team judgment.
• Fluency with pixels, Conversions API, event parameters, and exclusions.

Responsibilities

• Daily performance management across brands and channels; identify issues and opportunities.
• Lead and develop the paid acquisition team; review accounts and set standards.
• Set and raise standards for Meta and paid social, architecture, bid strategy, audience, and pacing.
• Ensure data quality across platforms: pixels and Conversions API firing correctly.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics on pages, creative, and copy improvements.
• Allocate and pace budget to hit CAC, ROAS, MER targets with leadership.
• Run structured tests across audiences, offers, landing pages, and settings.
• Work with Analytics to interpret performance via MTA and lift tests.
• Create AI-enabled workflows to speed up reporting and optimization.
• Manage agencies or vendors when needed.
