GALLS, LLC is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitable revenue growth across our portfolio of brands. You will own the growth marketing strategy end-to-end across paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, analytics, experimentation, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce.
• Demonstrated success leading integrated growth strategies across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Deep understanding of acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, and lifetime value management.
• Experience overseeing paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing, SEO, analytics, attribution, and experimentation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy across the portfolio of brands and drive the growth roadmap.
• Lead paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, Video, Affiliate, and emergent channels.
• Oversee Email, SMS, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.
• Grow organic growth through SEO, content, and local discovery initiatives.
• Improve conversion and customer experience through end-to-end journey optimization.
• Measure performance with KPIs and reporting; translate results for leadership.
• Lead AI and marketing innovation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
