Job summary

AwardSpring is a Chicago-based, established SaaS company partnering with colleges, universities, and foundations across the US and Canada to manage donor programs. The Head of Marketing and SDRs leads top-of-funnel efforts, builds the inbound engine, and scales the Fund Platform in a hybrid Chicago setting.

You will coach SDRs, run campaigns, and drive category creation while leveraging an AI stack and an attribution-focused mindset to grow pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing and SDR team to build pipeline.
• Proven ability to coach SDRs and manage campaigns.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing approaches.
• Able to interpret GA4 reports and fix UTMs.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the SDR team and weekly performance.
• Decide allocation between campaigns and dialing weekly.
• Feed call lists based on engaged campaigns.
• Build demand plays for each buyer segment.
• Attend conferences, listen to calls, and engage customers.
• Develop the Fund Platform messaging and proof.
• Run eight experiments monthly with hypotheses.
• Own tracking: UTMs, campaigns, conversions.
• Write weekly dashboard three-line updates.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market Engineer on lead engine.
