Job summary

AwardSpring, a Chicago-based SaaS company, seeks a Marketing Leader to own demand generation and the SDR function. You’ll coach, hire, and scale a paid-media agency, marketing contractors, and an SDR team, while shaping the Fund Platform category and inbound engine.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading demand generation and pipeline ownership.
• Experience coaching SDRs and managing paid media programs.
• Strong GA4 reporting proficiency and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to run experiments, form hypotheses and act on results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SDR team: hiring, ramp, coaching, and weekly scoreboard.
• Decide allocation of budget between campaigns and dialing activities.
• Feed call lists and build demand plays by segment.
• Hear buyers directly; observe calls and attend conferences when needed.
• Develop the Fund Platform category: message, proof, early buyers.
• Run at least eight experiments per month with written hypotheses and kill rules.
