Job summary

mPulse is seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize our demand generation tech stack and automate outreach. You’ll own data integrity, workflows, and cross‑team reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, and RingLead.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to drive pipeline growth, measure campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that improve conversion and attribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in marketing operations and marketing automation, or similar roles with platform ownership.
• Strong ability to analyze data, reconcile information across systems, and communicate findings in writing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and experience with data hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Build, maintain, and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards for cross-team use.
• Create and manage campaigns across marketing automation platforms and CRMs with clear structure and tagging.
• Develop and verify marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; manage list processing from intake to CRM delivery.
• Produce marketing reporting and dashboards and ensure accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide written recaps with recommendations.
• Support attribution, funnel reporting, and governance of tracking from first touch to pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Operations on data quality and lead handoff.
• Support platform migrations and documentation; manage data preparation and testing.
