Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or a combination of the three.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn large datasets into business insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and automation to improve analysis, decision-making, or team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own goop kitchen’s performance marketing strategy across the full funnel and drive profitable growth.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks giving leadership a clear view by location, market, and channel.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and PMIX to optimize spend and forecast impact.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to align marketing activities with restaurant-level sales and profitability.
