Job summary

Garner Health in New York City is seeking a Growth Analytics professional to lead audience targeting, analytics, and experimentation, bridging marketing with product and data. You will own Looker dashboards, KPI definitions, and data pipelines to scale our campaigns.

The role requires 4–6+ years in marketing analytics, strong Snowflake, SQL, Python, and experience with ESP/CRM data (Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo).

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in marketing & growth & analytics, business intelligence, growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar data-centric role.

Responsibilities

• Own audience targeting, segmentation, and personalization data for campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail; partner with Engineering to ensure data pipelines scale.
• Own end-to-end analytics and reporting, defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports for funnel, lifecycle, and channel efficiency.
• Bridge marketing activity to Garner app user behavior to optimize communications over time.
• Develop and execute A/B testing and performance reporting for Growth Marketing.
• Build data foundation with Data Management & Engineering, BI, Growth Product to ensure consistent metrics across systems.
• Design and built systems at the data layer, leveraging AI to maximize scale and insights.
