HealthMark Group seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to drive scalable revenue through integrated demand generation and sales-aligned programs. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, owning the marketing tech stack and growth operations in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with sales, and shape go-to-market plans, data strategy, and AI-enabled initiatives to accelerate pipeline and performance across channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B marketing with 4+ years leading teams.
• Experience in healthcare technology or similarly regulated industries.
• Hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with Attribution Modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own data-driven demand generation to increase pipeline contributions YoY.
• Manage programs across email, events, paid digital, and website; optimize tactics.
• Define and implement campaigns aligned to target accounts and buying stages.
• Lead growth marketing team and collaborate with sales for GTM priorities.
• Own marketing tech stack and analytics, with AI strategy for the team.
• Design and run tests, attribution modeling, and performance reporting.
