goop kitchen is seeking a Senior Director, Growth + Marketing Analytics to lead performance marketing and analytics for its multi-channel model, including first-party channels and delivery marketplaces. The role requires turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies for Marketing and senior leadership.

The candidate will build dashboards, establish KPI frameworks, and forecast performance across locations and markets, while driving experimentation and ROI optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience owning meaningful performance marketing budgets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools and automation to improve analysis or decision-making.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and performance marketing strategy across paid media, first-party and marketplace channels.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure performance by location, market, channel, and campaign.
• Analyze customer behavior to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Forecast, benchmark, and measure performance across restaurants and markets; present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to link marketing activity to profitability; identify opportunities with AI and automation.
