Job summary

Kongi is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive user growth and repeat purchases for its consumer app. You will own how people discover Kongi, download the app, and make their first purchase across paid social, App Store, search, creators, invites, and retention messages.

From optimizing the App Store listing to designing lifecycle campaigns and building a creator program, you will run end-to-end experiments, measure funnels, and report weekly on what worked.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth or performance marketing for a consumer app or marketplace.
• Hands-on experience running paid social and App Store campaigns with real budgets.
• Ability to set up tracking, read a funnel, and run your own analysis.

Responsibilities

• Grow installs through TikTok, Meta, and Apple Search Ads from the creative brief to the budget.
• Own the App Store listing: screenshots, keywords, ratings and the tests that improve them.
• Grow kongi.co's search traffic across product, category and brand pages.
